Construction Update 2014: Broadway and Dry Creek Road

Posted August 28, 2014

As of Thursday,  August 28, 2014

Summer is the season of road construction, and it’s come to Littleton! Starting next week, September 2 through October 6, we’ll be seeing road construction on Broadway and Dry Creek Road.

Keller Bros. will remain open and accessible through this construction! Unfortunately, the intersection of Broadway and Dry Creek Road will be closed on the east side from September 8 to September 15, making it harder to get to our shop. Detours will be set up as follows:

While road construction means detours, traffic cones, and congestion, it also means our community is growing and developing! We are excited to see Littleton grow, and hope to make this transition as smooth as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience. If you have any questions during this construction, call us at 303-347-1010.

Below is more information about the construction provided by HEI Civil Inc.:

“As part of the Littleton Village Project, HEI Civil, Inc. will be installing a new pipe line across South Broadway. Construction will run between Tuesday, September 2nd through October 6th.

Starting Tuesday, September 2nd traffic lanes will be shifted over to the west and the turn lanes at East Dry Creek Road will be shortened.

September 8th through September 15th the intersection of South Broadway and East Dry Creek will be closed on the east side. There will be a detour set up on Mineral Ave. You will still be able to go west on Dry Creek and north and south on Broadway. Access to the businesses on the east side of Broadway will have access open to them throughout the construction process.”
